20 Meals - About 1.5 lbs. per metal pan

  • 20 x 1.5 = 30 May have some waste so buy 35 - 40 lbs. of total ham

  • 20 foil Pans with lids (have more on hand)

  • 20 cooking direction and ingredient labels (have more on hand)


Cooking Utensils Needed

  • Scale

  • Good knife if needing to slice ham



  • Slice ham or buy pre-sliced. If buying early, DO NOT open hams then can bring hams back to grocery store to pre-slice day before cooking session. They will slice for free and re-wrap the hams. Do not get pre-sliced earlier than the day before the cooking session! Also ask grocery store to slice into thickness similar to a spiral sliced ham.



  • Weigh 1.5 lbs. ham

  • Place 1.5 lbs. ham in each - 20 pans

  • Add lid

  • Add label

  • 35 to 40 lbs. no bone ham (Can buy early. Don’t unwrap ham. Take back to butcher day before cook session & have pre-sliced it for free. Ask for spiral sliced thickness)

  • 20 foil pans with lids (have more on hand)

  • 2 sheets of 10 per page with cooking directions & ingredients labels (have more on hand)


Other Items Needed for Complete Ham Meal

  • 20 Jumbo 2 gallon Zip lock bags - for meals (have more one hand)

  • 2 sheets of 10 per page “Dinner for 4” Labels for each Meal (have more on hand)

  • 20 Prayer Cards (have more on hand)

  • 20 Reply Cards (have more on hand)
